How much do E&O One drivers make?
Teams earn $1.00+ per mile from day one. Solo drivers earn up to $1.00 per mile including weekly performance bonuses up to $0.20/mile. The average weekly settlement is $2,500+. Call for details.
Can I get a CDL driving job with no experience?
Yes. E&O One takes new CDL-A drivers — you start on a structured program with its own pay ladder, ride with experienced trainers, and move to full solo pay as you prove yourself.
How often do I get paid?
Every week, by direct deposit. No holds, no games — plus bonuses for clean DOT inspections.
What trucks will I drive?
The latest Volvo VNLs — 2024–2026 model years, nothing older than two years, serviced at our own Huntley terminal.
What's the home time?
The standard rhythm is 4 weeks out · 1 week at home — you leave home with a load and come home with a load. Want to stack more miles? Choose 1 month+ or 2 months+ on the application.
Where does E&O One run?
All 48 states, out of Elgin and Huntley, Illinois. Freight keeps you rolling — we don't let trucks sit.
