How much do E&O drivers make?
Teams earn $1.00+ per mile from day one. Solo drivers start at $0.80/mile plus weekly performance bonuses up to $0.20/mile — and move to $0.85 after 4 months of good performance. The average weekly settlement is $2,500+.
Can I get a CDL driving job with no experience?
Yes. E&O takes new CDL-A drivers — you start on a structured program with its own pay ladder, ride with experienced trainers, and move to full solo pay as you prove yourself.
How often do I get paid?
Every week, by direct deposit. No holds, no games — plus bonuses for clean DOT inspections.
What trucks will I drive?
The latest Volvo VNLs — 2024–2026 model years, nothing older than two years, serviced in our own Huntley shop.
What home time can I choose?
You pick it on the application: 3 weeks out, 4 weeks out, 1 month+ out — or tell us what works and we'll talk.
Where does E&O run?
All 48 states, out of Elgin and Huntley, Illinois. Freight keeps you rolling — we don't let trucks sit.
