2. SMS, Phone Calls, and Lead Form Communications
When you submit your information through our website application form, Facebook Lead Form, Instagram Lead Form, Meta advertising form, or any other online recruiting form connected to E&O INC, we may use the phone number, email address, and other contact information you provide to contact you regarding driver opportunities, your application, recruiting updates, onboarding, employment-related information, and other services related to our company.

In the event of a "breach of the security of the system data," meaning the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your Personal Information, we will provide notification to affected Illinois residents at no charge and without unreasonable delay.
