Since 2013, one mission: excellence in every mile.

E&O One started in Elgin, Illinois with one CDL, one truck and a simple idea: pay drivers what they're worth, put them in the newest equipment, and never let them wait on a dispatch call. Today we run 700+ of the latest Volvos across 48 states — with our own terminal in Huntley, IL.

The Story

One CDL. One truck. One team. The journey started in 2012 — and by 2013 the first truck was on the road.

The formula was set from day one: treat drivers with respect and appreciation, keep the equipment new, pay every week without fail. Word moved faster than freight — the fleet doubled, then doubled again.

By 2021 the Elgin operation had grown to around 250 trucks. In 2022 we expanded into Huntley and built our own facility — a full-service terminal where maintenance happens in-house, and a truck never waits in someone else's bay.

Today E&O One runs 700+ of the newest Volvos with 700+ drivers across 48 states — from our headquarters at 745 Tollgate Road in Elgin and our terminal in Huntley. Same standard. More miles.

The industry underpays. We don't. Teams at $1.00+/mile, solo up to $1.00/mile with weekly bonuses — paid every week, no games.

02 / FAMILY CULTURE

Know your dispatcher's name.

Most carriers shuffle drivers through a call center. Our dispatch team is small, consistent, and on-site — drivers are treated with respect, never like a truck number.

03 / CONSTANT GROWTH

Better equipment every year.

New Volvos, new trailers, a growing terminal. If it makes the work faster or safer, we invest.
